Chris was born in the State of New York and is the owner of Baur & Klein, P.A Chris is the most experienced and versatile international lawyer on our team. He combines the expertise of an experienced real estate lawyer with those of an outstanding litigator. He attended law school at Florida State University and did internships at the House of Representatives and the Florida Senate while in law school. Prior to joining Baur, Klein & Becker P.A., he worked in several large law firms focusing on real estate, banking, foreclosure and bankruptcy law.
His strength lies in handling complex commercial litigations and many of his cases have been published. Chris is often called upon to head international arbitration proceedings. He has represented the Federal Republic of Germany and the Federal States of Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony in numerous US litigations. Martindale Hubbell, an information services company to the legal profession has awarded Mr. Klein the highest possible rating.
Chris loves nature and enjoys boating and fishing, time permitting.
